I think you can eat anything in moderation. As long as you stay within your calorie goal and don't eat junk every meal of everyday then I don't see a problem with a little junk. I defiantly wouldn't deny myself if it's something I really wanted.

I've set and looked up calories for every ingredient in my slalad before and it is time consuming and not really worth the trouble....There are so few calories in raw veggies that you could just say 25-50 calories per serving and be safe witht that...just dont forget to add in the dressing cause that is where most the…

My weakness is chocolate!!! Oh and of coures the dreaded carbs...pasta, potatoes...i love all those things most, not much of a meat eater so hard for me to let go of the carbs.

I have this problem now and aslo had it when I was much smaller years ago too. I have always had to buy boots from places like lane bryant or somewhere that sold them with the extentions in them. Its a pain and they are much more expensive.

I only drink Diet Dr Pepper or Diet Pepsi and then lots of water...I occationally drink some orange juice but its really high in sugar...

Make mini goals for yourself, It helps to make you reach them quicker and you feel great when doing so!! I know ive been where you are too and I still have those days but im determined and focused and this site is awesome! Its nice knowing your not alone in doing this..
