What excercises burn most fat?

You need to realize that weight loss happens in the kitchen, you won't loss weight unless your eating at a caloric deficit. Exercise is great for your overall health and to help create that deficit. As far as a particular exercise, do what you enjoy most.0

Mamadon is so right! It starts by learning portion control and eating healthier. As far as working out, I've found that any type of cardio is great!0
