final weight 160.8...slowly moving along lol this week i completed 5 miles burned 600 calories on each burn day

muffin top work out done drank only water for my beverages on mon love leg work outs! done only water consumed today :)

sunday check in 163.2 not much of a loss but its something ive got to train harder this next week :)

wed workout done...30 min on the treadmill thurs...arms done...also did abs and 5 miles :) friday workout done :) glad to be back...feels good to be exercising again :)
