Im starting it this weekend! I have lost 150 pounds on my own, i know so crazy, and I started working with a trainer a few months ago. A lot of stuff he does he takes it from these types of workouts. I am nervous that its not going to be as good as going to the gym...any advice?

ohmygoodness...the before picture is so embarassing, but i guess we all feel that way once we see the "after"... before before after i still have about 35-40 more pounds to go. I have lost 115 in total (silent cheer!). These pictures are about a 55 pound difference.
