Hi! I’m mostly doing cardio. Even incorporating the weights didn’t help budge. Have you thought that maybe your body hasn’t recovered the pregnancy? Have you spoken to a doctor?
-
Hi, Congratulations on your progress so far! It seems like you know what to do already! At my highest I weighed about 350. I worked out almost every day, did cardio for an hour, and measured everything I ate for about 16 months and I got all the way down to 155. It took time, discipline, and commitment but it is absolutely…

Omg yes! This is exactly where I’m at! Before having the baby I ran half marathons, lifted weights, and did spinning. Now, walking to my room is enough to get me tired. What times are you finding to work out? For me, I go to the gym on my lunch break at work. Other than that, this weight loss process has been miserable

Hi! I am a teacher also! I teach at the university here in miami. I am using this workout as a supplement, I'm hoping to get results this time around. Last time I didn't see much change. From 220 to under 170 should be a fast process for you. I know I went down from 220 to 170 in about 8 months. I lost 180 in about 16…

Hi, I'm not following the meal plan because I have a ton of restrictions as it is. I am vegetarian and don't eat grains. I try to follow the macro percentage...so I think as long as you stick with that you should be fine.

nice! Congrats!

Yay! Welcome!

Thank you,

Modifying eating is the hardest part because its taking out a behavior..where as adding exercise is easier because you are incorporating into life and it doesn't make you feel like you are taking anything away (aside from unwanted calories!)

Soooo, we know that Fast Food is the devil? Lol. Just kidding. I haven't had fast food in about 3 years. I lost about 190 pounds in 16 months. What I liked about fast food was that it was so convenient, until I started realizing I was killing myself. Secondly, it was just as convenient as running down at publix or cvs and…

Yes! We want you!

Yay!!! Ok, today is my official start day!!! This is my second round of T25. I really liked it the first time! I am excited to be starting with you guys! Today is Alpha Cardio.
-
Have you seen any results? I am so used to working out heavy-heavy...like your typical 1 hour a day, that I'm nervous about transitioning to such a short program.
-
Just started T25 yesterday! I'm struggling with the nutrition portion of it! The program says 1600 calories but my nutritionist says 1800! Are you following the eating plan?
-
Hi, I am starting T25 today. Do you have a website that people can sign up or its just an informal group?

Hi, I can relate to where you are in your journey. I have lost 185 pounds and Im struggling to continue to get lower. I am at 157 now, my lowest was 153. I am also having a hard time adjusting for calories in versus calories out. I have food cravings at night also and i am also very active. You have great advice here.…

How do you guys get down so low in weight??? I am 5'7" and can't get down lower than 150. Already as it is I am between sizes 4 and 6, and I went to the doctor have no fat under my abdomen (had testing done for something else). I would love to get down to 135 but for whatever reason my body won't allow it. I have a clean…

That is so awesome! You look great!!!! It was super funny when he said I didn't have enough fat. Another question I had asked was if I would go down in size or weight and he said not really much difference because fat doesn't really weight much, lol, I told him I begged to differ and he couldn't help but laugh. he said fat…

My body fat was pretty low, like 21% with the extra skin. I don't know where I am now because I haven't taken it yet after the surgery... and I'm still swollen so I just basically switched out extra skin for swelling. I did reach my weight goal before doing and I maintained it for about 6 months. I am at 150 right now, but…

I did a tiny tiny thigh tuck. I just lifted a small amount (maybe an inch) of extra skin. I am not too happy with that because I have an insane scar. I am hoping that gets better, the front looks good. The thigh tuck was literally painless...absolute no discomfort.
-
I completely agree. A big factor for me was that I was going to make myself sick if I didn't do it. Your mind doesn't catch up to your body and I kept thinking I needed to lose weight. How long did it take for your swelling to go down?!

I just realized how horrible that spelling was... I responded from my tablet which clearly does not have autocorrect lol

I did my surgery at the University of Miami and Jackson hospital. I paid about $9800. Much more than average but I wanted the best. I was not taking chances with just anyone putting me under anesthesia for 6 hours. The team was amazing. I didnt try the wrap but i suggest to anyone try everything else first so you can go…

Good kuck! That is what I did....thats why I didnt need lipo. Also he said not to touch my arms or legs or back cause the muxvle had filled it in nicely. The stomach wasnt gettkng better after a year of trhing, in fact it got worse cause I lost moreweight.
-
You are right, but what the insurance will cover if anythjng is called a panneculectomy. Meaning the part that hangs. That is why ur dr wants pics of under the folds. They will not cover any type of cosmetic fix associated with that, including placement of the belly button.normally that is extra so you pay less butbyo get…
-
Hi! Yes I asked, he said about 5 to 7 pounds of skin. No lipo :blushing:
-
Hi. Thanks for your comment! It absolutely is worth it, go for a plastic reconstructive surgeon though, not a cosmetic surgeon. The extra money is worth it. My doctor was a clinical associate professor at the university of Miami. Amazing staff and amazing crew. I would do it again. Before this I was terrified of surgery…

That is exactly the mentality I had. It was hard to spend that much money on myself, but at the same time it was something that I did with no guessing or doubting. I feel so blessed to be out of that excess skin. I feel like a real person and not a weird mutation of myself. I am blessed and excited and have recommitted…
