5' 1". Started at 170 now at 153. Goal weight around I guess would be around 130 but more concerned with goal measurements with tape measure. Getting closer to goals in inches is happening much more rapidly than that of the scale.

This also happens to me during such times for 2-3 days. I just try to cut some calories the following week and keep exercising. Don't beat yourself up about a couple of days when you are doing well the other 3 weeks of the month.

What one wear's at the gym should be of concern to no one else. If you are happy with what you are wearing that should be your only concern. The point of going to the gym is to workout and become healthier. If you are looking at others outfits so closely you are not spending enough time working out.

I have been willing to have a perhaps slower rate of weight loss to still incorporate beer into my life despite protests of my trainer. I just try to add more exercise during the weeks that I drink. Months without beer is simply not an option I am willing to accept. I do however try to limit myself to no more than 3 beers…

Nice job. I started 30 Day Shred 4 days ago and i appreciate you posting as it inspires me to continue. Would be happy to see similar definition as you have achieved in a month's time.

I do four sets of leg press between 6-12 reps with heaviest set most recently being 315. Hoping to work my way up to 350. It's my one of my favorite exercises so far although my trainer prefers more emphasis on squats and lunges. The weight you are doing seems fine.
