I was diagnosed at 20 and have been on Adderall (and for a brief period, Vyvanse, but it didn't work as well) on and off since. I'm off now since I'm nursing but I'll go back on when I wean. I used to take mine with Welbutrin and Prozac as well. It does amazing things for me. I really struggle with focus, organization, and…

1. I started off with the plan to go straight through, made it to day 14 (level 2, day 4) and hurt my back and from there on I just took it at a slower pace. I didn't have a set schedule, just listened to my body. 2. I hadn't worked out in years when I started, it was tough, I skipped reps at times, but I pushed through…

I've lost all my weight (over 40lbs in 7 months) with Jillian Michaels and Leslie Sansone in my living room while watching what I eat :)

I burn around 200 with my HRM. I'm 5'2" and 128. It'll depend on your size, intensity, etc. though. Before i had a HRM I used the "circuit training, general" entry in the exercise database here and the estimate was pretty close to my actual but I've heard it can be far off for others.

B&A in profile. 170 to 128 after 3 kids in 3 years (my oldest is almost 4, my youngest will be 10 months next week). I eat a 10-20% cut of my TDEE (all foods in moderation, try to make good choices most of the time but also eat all my favorites too - wine and ice cream and McDonalds on occasion). I also do a mix of Jillian…

100lbs is an amazing accomplishment! You look great!
-
Great work! You look awesome! Keep it up :)
-
Absolutely agree!

We're friends so I think you've seen my B&A pics but they're in my profile. I've gone from 170 to 127. But I reward myself with new clothes or makeup or shoes - it's a good encouragement when I can go buy a new pair of jeans in a smaller size and keeps me motivated to keep up the habits so they'll continue to fit too. I…

Absolutely! I tried to do 30 straight when I did it last fall. Made it 14 days in and hurt my back and it's been a recurring injury since. I added in rest days as I needed them and finished in 39 days. Listen to your body, it's not a race :)

My daily goal is around 1900 right now (I zig zag around that though so some days I eat higher and others lower but my weekly average is around that 1900 mark), it was higher when I weighed more and was nursing my kid more often. 42lbs. down since the beginning of September. B&A pics in profile :)

Love that. Thanks for sharing!

Team open face PBJs! ::highfive::

Thanks! A little over 6 months - I started last September :)

Awesome story and advice, thanks so much for sharing :)

Hi friend :) According to that military BF calculator (which gives the highest estimate out of all the online calculators) I'm at 24.5% body fat right now. 5'2, 128, size 4-6, pics in profile.

I didn't lose my baby weight until after my 3rd (3 kids in 3 years). I gained 50lbs with my first, lost some and gained all but 10 pounds back before getting pregnant with my 2nd and carried that extra weight through my 3rd pregnancy as well. My 3rd was born last May and I officially started trying to lose weight in early…

MFP and finding the information about eating at a cut of my TDEE, staying active each day (even a 20 minute "mile" walk), not cutting out any foods but eating everything in moderation, and the support of friends!

Usually a glass of wine and something chocolate ;-) I have chocolate SOMETHING every day and wine most weekends!
-
Fantastic job! You look incredible!

I'm 5'2" and have gone from 170 to 128. Pics in profile!

Great job! You look awesome :) and I have the same Polar!

That's an awesome accomplishment and not silly at all! Congrats!
-
You look fantastic! I love that black dress :)

Awesome progress! I hope my abs look as good as yours some day!

My most recent. Top row is at 170 before I started trying to lose weight. I had 3 kids in 3 years (they are currently almost 4, 2 1/2 and 9 1/2 months now). Bottom row is last night at 128. I've been nursing, eating a 15-20% cut of my TDEE and doing Jillian Michaels and Leslie Sansone videos at home for the most part. I…

I keep a lot of junk out of the house to avoid the mindless snacking and easy accessibility, but I also treat myself to everything in moderation. If it fits in my calorie goal, then a bowl of ice cream or a cookie or glass of wine or meal out at my favorite restaurant are all fine. I'm not on a diet, it's a lifestyle…

I love my FitBit one! I've had pedometers in the past and this is more than that. It has a bit more to it than just counting steps - it can get a general sense of your activity level too. I have mine synced with MFP (no problems doing that) and just wear it daily and it's pretty spot on with my calculated TDEE too. I've…

Out of those three I pretty much only do the last. I don't eat pure junk, but not pure clean either and the 5lb. dumbells I use for Jillian videos are the extent of my weight lifting ;-) Almost 40lbs. down so far! I'm sure weight lifting and eating clean would help me even more but this is working and more sustainable for…
