  • I find that for me if I go over 1500 mg, I retain water for few days and weight goes up by 2lbs the next day. And that is with lots of water. So I try to stay under 1500mg most of the time and when I do go over, now I know what to expect for few days... It works best for me when I stay under 1000mg.
