  • what I do now to avoid sweets is always have Ice Breakers Sours with me. they are 0 cal and usually take care of that craving for a treat for me. Don't know how well it will work over the holidays with constant temptation though!
  • I also weigh in every morning, use to at night to but that is crazy making! lol every morning helps to keep me on track for the day. I don't want to see a huge jump in the morning so I behave. I do have a good handle on the fact that the daily weight isn't all that important and try to look at a weekly average.

  • I've noticed some of the same changes. I had a huge sweet tooth before and now I find myself snacking of things like nuts. My big vice right now is popcorn with a season (a weight watchers recipe, I'm told) sprinkled on.

  • I personally wouldn't do it. No real reasons to back that up I just wouldn't. I'd take metamucil caplets for a few days to get things moving again if it was me.
