  • I still eat chocolate. If I didn't, I think I would die. I just make sure I work it off. I try to eat chocloate that lasts a little longer like kisses or m&m's and only have a couple! Don't deny yourself or you will end up over eating it...well I do anyway. Good luck! :)
  • My dogs literally eat everything. They love squash, zucchini, broccoli, asparagus, green beans, apples, bananas, oranges, onions, lettuce, spinach...and really probably everything you give them. They also eat things they aren't supposed to like phone chargers, laptop chargers, anything plugged into the wall, drywall,…
  • I love BodyPump! You should def start out with lighter weights. It is really not the same as just lifting. I would say you could probably add a little for the squats and lunges, but not too much more. Hope this helps! :) Have fun!
  • Maryland....Glad to see so many Marylanders on here! :)
  • I also wanted to mention the similar things between us ha. My name is Brittney...spelled the same. My starting weight was 175 and it took me 1.5 years to lose my weight too. I still haven't quite reached my goal yet, but I'm ok with that for now! Again...GO YOU!!!
  • You look great!! :) I'm down from a 12 to a 4 in AE now...I can't even imagine getting a size 0! Congrats!!
  • My husband is dieting with me and he loses weight so easily. He has lost about 15 pounds in the time that it has taken me to lose 8, and it is discouraging for me. I am very proud of him and I feel bad for getting upset, but I still do. I just have to remember everyone's body is different. You just have to not compare…
  • I love Shirataki noodles! It took a little while to get used to the texture, but I'm a little obssesed with them now. There were so many pasta dishes that I was missing out on before them! :)
  • I am also 5'2 and started at 175. I started eating 1200 calories, but didn't exercise much. When I did I usually didn't eat my calories back and still lost weight just fine. Some weeks were better than others, but I always lost. Lately I have been having to eat back my workout calories, but I am still losing weight! Listen…
  • This website is for motivation and inspiration, not really for people making them feel bad for being proud of what they have accomplished! Bra/panties and swim suits are not offensive. Go on the VS website and I'm sure you will see just as much if not more skin!
  • Thanks so much!! :)
  • These are awesome!! I put them in light alfredo sauce with chicken and broccoli. You really do have to wash them forever. I hate the way they smell! But, seriously an awesome food. I will have to check out the hungry girl website for some more recipes!
  • I always plan for afternoon snacks. Baby carrots really are great. I also have an apple! Water and green tea are always helpful for me too! I feel your pain...almost everyday people are brining cupcakes or cookies or something delicious to work and I have to avoid the kitchen!
  • This really helps me too. I usually pre-log my food and exercise so I HAVE to do it. When I realized how many calories things like that have, I don't even bother. I also find home cooking tastes WAY better than fast food stuff. You should always have a go-to quick healthy food with you, like almonds or an apple...and…
  • Body combat and Spin are great classes! I also love Zumba and Step. I really enjoy group classes, it makes me want to work harder! :)
  • I had the same problem. I wasn't eating back my exercise calories and I wasn't losing weight. Once I started eating back my exercise calories I dropped 3 pounds in a week! Good luck! :) Thanks for sharing!!
  • Great job! You look great!!
  • Thank you. :) I do a mixture of running, spin, boycombat, zumba, and step. Mixing it up really helps me to not get bored.
