  • Thanks guys! As of a couple of weeks ago, I just started going back to the gym. Going to spin 3 times a week, then doing some at home body weight and light weight execises. Hopefully that will be enough. I am so used to working out super hard that cutting back is hard for me haha.
  • Great job!! I agree, I think the BMI is really stupid (especially for guys)! You look so much happier!
  • I have the exact same problem. I eat popcorn at night to stop me from eating other things. I make sure it fits in my calories and my macros. I find that if I put things in little bags of their serving size, I won't eat more than that. If I have the whole box/bag, then I will. I try not to keep things in my house that allow…
  • If you are eating at a large deficit, you are likely not gaining much muscle. If yourclothes fit better, then your measurments have changed somewhere. If you are lifting weights, you may want to up your calories. What is your height and weight? Also, you should log EVERYTHING, if you forget, go back and log it. I get in…
  • Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, ground turkey, chicken, fish, beef. There are lots of ways to get protein. And a lot of people who live a healthy lifestyle use protein powder or eat protein bars. My husband eats homeade protein bars and drinks a protein shake pretty much every day. He has lost over 100 pounds and has kept it…
  • It really does. My husband and I spend around $200 at the grocery store every week. We eat a TON of fresh veggies and they cost A LOT and we eat a ot of chicken/ground turkey and that also costs a lot. I try to stock up on boneless skinless chicken when it's 1.99/pound but ground turkey is like 6.99/pound. I'm sure there…
  • My husband is the pickiest eater ever and her doesn't eat any type of seafood and although he likes eggs, he doesn't eat them on a regular basis. We make our own protien bars with oatmeal, protien powder, greek yogurt and other ingridients. He eats a chicken salad for lunch and greek yogurt. I believe he drinks a protein…
  • She is hilarious! I love her. I haven't seen a video that I don't like ha.
  • My husband and I both have full time jobs, so we split the responsibilities. He cooks pretty much every night, I only do some of the time. I do most of the cleaning. He will put the dinner dishes in the dishwasher, but that is about the extent of his cleaning. Without him, I would probably starve haha.
  • Something sounds wrong. With everything you are saying, you should be losing. If you just started out, even if you are eating too few calories right now, you should still be losing. I would go see a doctor and make sure something else isn't wrong. You should have lost something by now. I'm sorry this has been so difficult…
  • I have the opposite problem at Target. I have to buy size 9 there and at AE and other places I usually wear a 4 or 6. I usually don;t buy pants at Target because they don't fit me very well.
  • That looks delicious!! I will have to try it! Thanks for the idea. :)
  • I have been using unsweetened applesauce as a replacement for oil in baking. I have also used mashed banana. I haven't tried Chia Seeds. Maybe I wil have to go get some.
  • Wow...I am now understanding why most marriages end in divorce. I didn't read all of the responses, but some of them are a bit crazy. Maybe your husband overracted a bit, but being forced into a diet that he didn't ask for is kind of sucky. My husband and I eat the same thing for dinner, but he eats way more than me…
  • Burpees are one of my least favorite workouts, not beacsue they don't work, but because they are sucky and hurt haha. I hate mountain climbers/knee tucks wayyy more though ha. And I hate lunging off the back of the step. Ugh.
  • I got down to 130 and was still curvy (on the bottom any way) I don't really have boobs ha. I don;t have measurements, but there are some pictures on my profile if you want to look. I would like to be 120. I still have fat in places I don't want it.
  • Those cardio classes are hard. I have been doing them for about 2 years now and they are still hard for me. Just make sure you drink enough water. When I don't get enough water, I get light headed at the gym. Just take it slow and stick with it. :) That was my starting weight and I am 5'2. I lost 45 pounds and have managed…
  • When I was at the airport the only semi healthy thing I could find was a quizznos...or so I thought. The wrap I ate had a stupid amount of calories in it, and I thought I was doing good for not going to McDonalds. I was shocked.
  • I personally don't. But, if you want to get in the habbit of logging everything it might be a good idea. I really don't think it matters either way. It is totally up to you. :)
  • Seriously!! As I tell everyone, "google is your friend". :)
  • A Rock Star for sure...still haven't totally ruled it out haha. Too big of a baby to take any real risks.
  • I was just always DD. If I got hungry while out, I would get a water or a diet coke. I still am DD most of the time. You can do it. For me, I can ruin a whole week of good eating with one bad weekend. Good luck!
  • Totally agree. Me too.
  • Sunday, I made little egg muffins for the whole week. I put turkey sausage, spinach, mushrooms, feta, and egg beaters (1 egg) in each spot on the muffin pan. I have 2 each morning. They are pretty good, filling, and low in calories. If I work out, I also have a peice of toast, almond butter, with a little apple pie spice…
  • Dexter Game of Thrones Shameless True Blood Once Upon a Time Supernatural Modern Family Revenge Duck Dynasty New Girl How I Met Your Mother The Office Boardwalk Empire Bones Happy Endings Grey's Anatomy Psych Big Bang Theory I'm sure there are some I forgot. I watch wayyyy too much TV.
  • I don't think I will do that. In my opinion, now that you are happy with the size of your legs (likely because there is less fat on them), you should start doing squats and lunges, and all that fun stuff again. I have big thighs, I don't think they are big because i have too much muscle though...I think it's because I need…
  • This. Its all physics. Walking will help you burn calories, which will help you lose weight. Good luck. :)
  • Happened to me too. My husband and I both gained 40 pounds when we go together. Going away to college didn't help either. Good luck with your journey. :)
  • My goal is to not eat bad at any of the holiday parties at work and I would love to lose the 5-10 pounds I put on over Thanksgiving. :/
  • You look amazing. Congratulations. :)
