I went to get my physical done and my iron levels were too low. My doc ended up giving me a B 12 shot.

This is my first round of Insanity and I have lost 8 pounds so far. The workouts are really insane but as long as I am sweating, trying to eat right and drinking lots of water, I am good.

Set up some type of exercise routine, drink lots of water don't go over your calories and you should be fine..I am currently doing Insanity and have lost 7 pounds..I even feel like giving up at times but I push myself through each workout.

Stretch and soak in some warm water with Epsom salt...

I like both but I love working out with my fifteen pals.
