  • try Kohls (if they have one in your area). I have a friend who got her running shorts there, and I've seen other running clothes there too. Maybe check the clearance section at your local sporting goods store???
  • not a huge fan either, until I tried the old fashioned oats. texture is way better. Make it with milk, add some sort of dried fruit, add some pecans or almonds, and a little bit of brown sugar.   • Love having a hot toddy at night before I go to bed when it's cold out... I've been drinking them for years, and they're pretty great even if you aren't feeling sick! I usually juice a fresh lemon and split it between two mugs. Now I'm really looking forward to some cold weather!
  • Popcorn! They sell 100 calorie packs. :-) String cheese, apples, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, pretzels (just have a 1/2 serving), almonds. To treat myself: I love chocolate, and its taken a while, but I've gotten used to being satisfied with just a serving of semi sweet chocolate chips with a half glass of red wine.
