  • You did mention shopping and going to a new city in the same post...I think you shold hold off buying yourself anything new until you have reached a goal weight! That always gets my butt in gear!
  • I would post it to the following day if it is after 12. At least the next day you can try and eat less to accomodate your midnight snack. I would also recommend having a big glass of water when you wake up, and maybe prepare a light snack for hunger urges so you don't end up eating something really heavy. good luck!
