I ate 3000 calories in 1 day and after advice from mfpers I logged it. Helped give me a number to focus on and more motivation...I did p90x in the a m and walked an hour after for a couple days and cut back a bit on the food...All gone plus loss another couple pounds....Log log log!

I have about 2 and a half weeks left then I plan on taking a week to run only then doing p90x classic but instead of cardio days run with a long run on the yoga day...

Well I went back and logged my AWFUL day yesterday just to see...THREE THOUSAND CALORIES...I got up and did p90x Chest back and abs and walked an hour today...But still needless to say I am WAY behind

P90x rocks!!! I have a pair of 5s 10s and 15 pound dumbells and a pull up bar. I have 3 weeks left then Ill go to a running and p90x hybrid. Good luck!

When I first moved to Kansas from Alabama I made a New Years Resloultion to meet people. I got involved in beach volleyball and indoor soccer!!! Friend now for 3 years with them!

Good question! I only wanted to lose about 25 and I am curious of this too...I hope when I finish up p90x and start doing a running hybrid it helps.

When I first started doing p90x I had to do girly push-ups..If your familar with the work out the first dvd is all push up and pull ups. Now starting Phase 3 I can rock out ALL man push ups and EVEN DID MY FIRST PULL UP THIS WEEK!!! Stay with it! Youll get it!

Weigh your self no more than once a week, same day same time-first thing in the morning after you go to the bathroom and before you eat/drink or work out and make sure your naked. Weight fluctuates daily...its the long term trend of weight not day to day that you are looking for.
