  • Try an Arnold Multigrain Sandwich Thin toasted w/1TBL Natural Peanut Butter and 1/8 cup (total) roasted unsalted soy nuts sprinkled on top. :smile:
  • Stay away from as much processed foods as possible. When cooking use herbs, and pepper blends to give amazing flavor to your dishes. If you feel you have to use a little salt try sea salt.
