well only "unplanned" events like 3 weeks ago with the celebration of my parents anniversary, my father's day, my brother's bday all celebrated twice (dont know why, not like my family to do that) if its planned, its okay cause its only 1 meal.

lol they are quite entertaining to watch. i like waking up in the morning, going downstairs to see like 4 of the turtles on top of each other just laying there in the heat. and they do do funny basking poses.

if you are looking to get a water turtle they are super cute. i use to own a lot BUT they stink up the tank and it involves like weekly cleaning else your house will reak. I'm not much of a cleaner so that's why i ended up getting rid of them, it was a lot of work for me. unless you guys have a pond where it will stay…

yes i eat every 2 - 3 hours...i make sure there's carb, fat and protein.....and it works for me.

i like it a lot. if you boil it for a while it actually is soft soft like noodle. if you don't, it has like jelly fish texture which is crunchy and i like jelly fish so it didnt bother me. my bf couldn't tell the diff between miracle noodle and real noodles..lol.

it's actually available for the public. there are so many hcg products out there, just have to research which one is the real deal. the ones i started out with her hcg max but those are like $225/bottle and then when my coworker went to AZ to visit her in laws, that's where she got them from and thats where i now get it…

oh i dont buy my bottles locally and not from any of those kind of stores. i buy them through a dr for $55. i use to go through a dr that did the drop and i paid $300 ish....and then i did it on my own and its the same result. works just fine. just got to stick to the protocol.

i also don't stick to the 500 calorie protocol. you're not suppose to calculate calories while on this. as long as you stick to what you are allowed to eat and weigh your food, you are good. the only way to know is to try it yourself first hand. a lot of people talk crap about it because they don't understand how it works.…

there really is no answer to that because everyone's body is different. depends how clean you eat, if you exercise, how big you are, etc.

i got the c25k app and i think its really awesome! its a 9 week program 3x/day running but i usually do it mon-friday. i always get asthma when i run and since i started this app, because its a progression...i dont get asthma like i normally do. i can run/jog just fine.

hahahahahhaha that's awesome! I totally hate doing laundry! I have so much cloths that I only do laundry twice a month... so i finally cleaned out my closet and donated half of my cloths away so i dont have to do as much laundry...=P
