It depends on how fast I run. If I run 9mph, I can run 5k (3.1miles) in 21min. If I run 7.5mph, I can run 10k(6.2miles) in 53min. If I run slower, I can run farther. If I slow down to 5.2mph, I can pretty much run indefinitely (or a marathon), provided I get enough fluids along the way.

When I can't eat a banana before my evening workouts, I'll eat an orange or two instead. It takes me 30 mins to get to the gym, so by then, I'm ready to workout without feeling sick.

I've only done Day 1 & 2. I go to the gym instead, and I put in more than 20 minutes of exercise a day. But when I did 30DS, I used 5lb weights. Also, when I did 30DS, I did Day 1, took a 15 minute break, then did Day 2. But I'm hardcore like that...

I recently got past a plateau by upping my calorie intake by a couple hundred. I also exercised a little lighter for a few days, then went back to exercising hard while still maintaining the higher calorie intake. Then I started dropping weight again.

I eat a small, high carb meal before workouts so that I get the most out of my workout and then I eat my dinner (high protein) meal after. Don't know if it's right to do it that way, but it's been working for me.
