It's a Jillian Michaels dvd. Costs around $10 at most stores. It's a 20 min workout. I've started it before and really liked it, but have never completed it!

I bought it online from Walmart for $18 and it came with everything in the box. I love it! I can feel the workouts afterwards too! Best $18 I spent in a while! Lol

I've actually never stuck to the Slim Fast diet. I've used it here and there just as a jump start and to get in the habit of eating less and I do like it for those reasons.

I go for walks with my daughter, do at least 30 minutes on my stationary bike 3+ times a week, weight and circut train, and some dancing. And I stay below 1200 calories a day like I'm recommended!

I don't work anymore, but when I was, I made myself get up like 45 minutes early in the morning to get in a quick 30minute work out. It helped me stay moving throughout the day too!!

I have the same problem! I'll do GREAT for like 4 days and then I'll cave. Then I get really angry and upset with myself. So now when I feel the urge to cave I just keep telling myself it's not worth it because of how far I've come. 99% of the time it works! :)
