Breastfeeding and caories
I'm 11 days postpartum with my 4th baby, but he is the first one that is exclusively breastfed! How do I add that to my diary so it reflects the calories burned? And how many extra calories do I need to be eating to maintain my supply (I've heard 300-500)?

Losing weight just from counting calories?
Does anyone lose weight just by counting their calories? My eating is all over the place, anf I feel like before I try to incorporate exercise in, I should get my eating under control first and just focus on counting calories for a month or so. Anyone done this and had a positive result? :)

I feel like my butt sits up a little higher, my fiancé says he can tell it's starting to get bigger (yess!! Lol), and I feel like my thighs are looking a little more toned! I'm feeling awesome, and we're not even to the halfway mark yet!! :)
