Went ahead and knocked out day 2 after my hubby left for work this morning. Feeling it more than last night definitely!

    Really glad this group just started when I decided to take up a squat challenge for myself!

    some variations for squats and some good exercises for thights if you get really sick of doing squats (happened to me :D ), i have been doing those for a week now without any extra weight. It really only takes 15 minutes, good to do after waking up and before going to bed :)

    OMG! I'm so excited someone made this group/challenge! I am obsessed with working out my legs, I want to wear short shorts this summer..(never wore them outside the house before).
    I just started today but I'm glad I'm not that far behind! WE CAN DO IT!

    Just did mine, and now I'm about to run on the treadmill for a little bit. Not sure I should do the squats before I run, but it is what it is! Everyone is doing a great job!!

    I think i am going to kill my legs.

    Day 2 done...200 squats.

    100 with 9 lb weight bar
    100 using bar for balance and deep seated

    Day 2-55 squats - did overhead squats 26/02/2013

    You guys are hitting this challenge head on .... 2 days squats in one day :drinker: ... I am impressed Katy_V.

    Day 3 done, wasn't sure how I'd feel given I doubled up yesterday to catch up, who'd have thought my thighs must be stronger than I thought as I'm still walking :laugh:
