I was able to complete both days without much difficulty! Thankfully! I am switching it up between traditional and sumo squats thought! I even added hand weights today!
OK, day 1 of the challenge is done! And I am happy to say the injured knee held up ok! Love these types of mini challenges!
Been pretty sick for a while and couldn't finish the challenge, so I'm starting over. Has anyone seen progress from this? Just curious. I've lost a ton of weight from being sick and my rear is a bit saggy..lol..Hoping to tone and firm up a bit.. Starting Day 1...wish me luck:happy:
