    since it's been years since I did any sort of exercise can you tell me if it's ok to spread them out over the day ie do five sets of 10 reps every hour ish?

    Woot! I did it! It was difficult for me but I pushed it through :)

    And HF35420, if you're comfortable with doing that then go ahead! Work your way up or you can do what I did. I took 1-2 minute breaks between each set of 10 and pushed through it! My legs didn't burn much mostly just heavy breathing.

    I just started practicing with a roller derby team and squats are a way of life. This challenge will keep me prepared for skating in "derby stance". :)
