Congrats... Maintaining is the hard part.. it takes such hard work to loose it and it comes back so fast... From my past experience I will tell you this DON'T stop count your cals.. That was my BIGGEST misstake.. :((

I started my journey in April 2010.. I started at 240 got done to 163 in Feb 2011... I then had a total Hysterectomy in Feb 2011..
