It's actually okay to have "cheat days" as long as it's only once in awhile. Give yourself a day out of the week, or month (whichever you're more comfortable with) that you treat yourself to something you've been craving.. That way when you finally do end up eating something you want, you don't over indulge!

Try not to eat under the amount of calories, believe it or not it makes it harder for your body to lose weight that way. After a month I curbed on my weight-loss and starting eating MORE calories a day and lost another 1.2 lbs the next day! The key is healthy choices!
