Started in September but I only finished up to day 20 because I've been so busy with work lately. I missed two weeks, any suggestion guys on what to do? Do I have to start to day 1 level 1 again or continue on level 3?

Done with level 2 day 5...Except for the feeling of being stronger , I'm quite disappointed with the scales. It barely moves and as with the others, I don't lose any inches at all in my waistline. :( I am hoping this area I will lose more.

Done with day 3 level 2, i was sweating mad. I need a lot of motivation to finish this level ..i'm having a hard time with the planking positions. I can't finish without catching up my breath for 5 seconds.

done with level 1 it's now manageable....will be moving up to level 2. So far I have lost 2 lbs but I'm scared of getting measurements. Im feeling stronger and ready for level 2. Will measure later ..good luck to us!

I did level 1 day 5 and tried to measure - i did lose 1/2 inches on my waist and thigh but my my arms also increase by 1/2 inch each. Im using 5lbs weights, am I doing things right? I saw the success stories and they all shredded but my arms got bigger don't wanna be like popeeye.

can i join? im 5'4" current weight 120 lbs would love to be 115 at the end of the month. Currently im day 5 of level 1 30ds and cutting my calories to 1200. good luck to us
