I don't really understand what "Clean" means {mostly because the definition varies so much} but I saved this recipe link for Sweet & Sour Chicken and it looks mostly healthy. I'm sure the ketchup wouldn't make a Clean List though :P http://www.skinnymom.com/2012/08/03/skinny-sweet-and-sour-chicken And another easy option…

Congrats on your PR! And it does get tough to set a pace when you're running in crowds, but you did a great job overcoming it! This is inspiration for me- I'm starting a training program next month to prep for my first half, so excellent to hear of PRs and half experiences :)

Chips. Can't eat just one. And I swear, sometimes I think DH gets them to test me :P

Unless you were going VERRRRRRRY slow; definitely inaccurate!

Ehhh I think some people are just overly sensitive and have their judgey pants on. Guessing it was someone from your intro post http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1070502-hi-my-name-is-danielle-i-really-need-your-help ? Brush it off and move on :) this is your journey to Healthy and no one else's. I'm your same height…

I'm a SAHM to a 2yr & 4yr - I'm almost to maintenance and am training for some races this Fall & a half-Marathon in 2014. Please feel free to add :)

^^ This. You look fantastic & congrats on your healthier choices yielding great results :)

@Rado_SVK close! 128# :) 125 is goal

I don't deal with it well :( Had 2 consecutive "cheat days"...and consumed 1# worth of food in that short time! I'm about to get back on B.C. too so anticipate I may gain some weight from it but hopefully that will even out some of the "time of the month" issues including the constant food cravings.

Hopefully in a good way??? I stink at this game!

@kerr2010: 140 lbs?
-
I used my initial weight goal as the motivator for a new pair of running shoes :) but I already have some skinny clothes from pre-pregnancy, so I didn't need to buy something new in my case. Congrats on getting into your goal clothes!

I was just getting on this Board to write something similar. I binged a couple of days this week and also made the decision to not workout even though I had ample opportunity to break away from the family and get to the gym...I did mine 2 days in a row and just feel like crap afterwards too and am also breaking out on my…

I might splurge one day here or there, but looking at a macro view, I'm still within my weight-loss limit and am still shedding the lbs.

That's a great standard of measurement rather than the typical chronological ones. I wish I'd taken an official "before" to see the progress.

Hey y'all, I'm a 32 yr-old mom & my kids are 2yrs & 4yrs. I'm almost to the maintenance stage...oh so close, and have some Fall races to train for as well as my first half-Marathon in early 2014.
-
Feel free to add me- I'm not into a training schedule yet & only run 2-3 times a week but am up to 8 mi on my longer runs. I just have a couple of 5ks and one 10k planned for Fall but have my first half-marathon planned for early 2014.

I make a breakfast smoothie every morning that ties me over until lunch (love it too!): Banana 1 C Frozen Strawberries 1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter 2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed Meal (optional) 1 C Skim Milk

Just joining but I Shred to supplement my running/gym days. I swear level 2 has me sweating more than when I run 8 miles! The squat thrusts are a little easier now but somewhere around the military leg presses, I always have to towel off or my eyes sting from the sweat...Jillian kicks my butt!

Congrats on making your goal! I met my initial goal & just bought a new pair of running shoes, but my hubby is supposed to also take me out to celebrate-I need to remind him ;)
-
Bananas Peanut Butter Strawberries Milk (from skinny cows ;) ) Kale Spinach Cheese Eggs Coffee (is that a real food?) And Hamburgers...lots of hamburgers lately
-
I'm below my initial goal so set a new/final goal and have 3 more # to lose so will be transitioning into maintenance since I'm going to be training for some Fall races anyway & increasing calories burned. My current intake for weight loss is 1500/day though and I'm actually unsure of what to do next... Also, I don't do…

I actually love Target's Activewear- specifically their Champion brand! {they go up to XXL in bottoms} My fave brand is Lululemon, but usually only get things from "We Made Too Much" for their clearance prices---some of Target's designs are even starting to mimic Lululemon's designs!

The 2nd pregnancy really did a doozy on my belly button and I'm left with awful scars and stretchmarks on top of my 1st pregnancy's stretchmarks--my skin is also loose, but at least for me it's mostly in the bikini area. HOWEVER as far as actual strength of my core, I've found mine is now better than pre-pregnancies…
