There is no circumstances ever in which I would never not eat cheese. It's obviously high in fat and calories, but if you enjoy it just work it into your diet sensibly and don't over do it :)

Hi there :) I've been on here for over a year and always looking for new friends. You're more than welcome to add me if you like. Let's do this together! All the best :)

Hey! Feel free to add me, I'm always in need of motivation and support myself. My name's Grace, I'm 20 and I'm from Australia. I've lost 13kg (28lbs) and trying to lose another 10-15kg! Best of luck and I'm always here if you need a chat :) x

I don't think so - I've spoken to quite a few people around the 240-260 mark and they've still done it! Be careful - listen to your body. Just take it easy, be smart and good luck!

I wish I could help you - but all of my stretch marks are from gaining weight :( The only thing I can suggest is try not to lose weight too rapidly. Good luck!

I had the worst acne when I was 15/16, and it's still bad today (19). I haven't found any 'miracle' that helps at all. I just try to drink lots of water, and clean my face twice a day. Even if it doesn't look that great - I find comfort in knowing that my face is clean. Good luck :)

In my experience (I'm gluten free because I have to be, not by choice) it didn't help at all. I actually gained when I first went gluten free. It's much more expensive too. Stay under your calorie limit and stick to low carbs - you'll do fine :)
