Hi I just joined myfitnesspal but I have lost 11 stone total. Gone from a size 26/28 to a 12. All through the sizes I bout cheap n cheeful clothes to keep me going, if I saw anything I really liked that was not cheap I bought in my finish size to give me incentive to get there.
