I had my second c-section a little over 4 months ago & had quite a bit of belly fat & excess skin. After I finished the 30ds I definetly seen a difference, it was a lot smaller but I still have a ways to go before its gone.

I am out of shape too, I was getting winded just doing the jumping jacks! I literally lay on the floor for 5 minutes after its over. I'm going on my 3rd day of level 2, you can add me. I've completed 12 days and already lost 2.5 inches from each thigh and 2 inches from my stomach. It's intense but you really get results.

I eat a lot of frozen dinners, at least 1 a day. I eat the brands listed above and I also eat lean pockets. I have lost 14 lbs so far. My mom lost 55lbs & and she ate them everyday for lunch and sometimes for dinner too.
