I kinda do the same thing sucks! But just pick you self up and try hard not to do it again! If I know we are going out or I'm gonna have a drink or to what I do is workout a little longer well maybe not a little but you know. On the weekends I have to do maybe an hour extra if I want that rum and coke or them bonless…

Well I have aboput 100lbs to lose now I started off needing to lose about 150 lost 50lbs got preggo with my son and now Im ready to get the rest of this weigh off!

I dont really diet. But I do watch what I eat and i eat smaller portions then I used to. No more soda or candy! I was at a party the other day they had cake and it was hard but I didnt give in!

Hi Debi! My name is Trudie I two have 2 kids. My daughter is 7 and thats about when the weight gain started. I just loss 45 lbs in 2009-2010 then found out I was preggo woith my son who is now 6 months old. I am also looking to lose 100 lbs if I can! Good luck and add me if you like :)
