Using a tens unit to build muscle?
Just wondering if anyone has heard of this before? I have 2 tens unit because of my back injury and a friend of mine asked if I used them to build muscle? I looked online saw some articles that say it works but just wanted to see if anyone here has tried it before if so did you get any results?
