Back in July I was injured at work. At the moment I cannot really use my right arm I am trying to figure out if there is anything I can do for upper body exercises I have been working legs and cardio. I really AM missing working on my arms. Is there any back exercises I can do that won't involve the shoulder I can use my left arm its just my right shoulder that injured and I have pain going down and numbness and tingling to my fingers I pretty much have a hard time doing anything with my right hand and my right hand is my dominant hand. I need suggestions would be great I'm going to see a neurologist the 19th of this month.

My advice would be to skip the upper body work until you're healed. Once it is healed, work on mobility (I use Indian Clubs).

Wait 7 more days and ask the neurologist. I'm not sure there is much, if anything at all, you could do without making yourself lopsided.
