Hey yall sorry I've been MIA! I was going threw a lot with my family but Im back and ready to hit this all the way. 22 wseeks to go as of now Im just gonna try and lose as much as I can. I'm still at 225 not going anywhere 
But I did my masurements for the end of round 1 of the 30 day shred Im down total 4 1/2pounds and 13 inches!

Awesome job!! and welcome back. Scary how time flys!!
I am hoping to do 30DS maybe after Christmas break. I am headed to the mountains on the 16th and won't be able to bring the dvd with me.
