So seeing this is week one I thought we would start off with a easy one. Basically Theres a couple parts to this one #1 No soda #2 drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day and 5 servings of fruits and veggies everyday!

No soda is easy for me...the challenge will be getting those 8 glasses of water in!0

Just carry a bottle with you at all times
. I drink about 3-4 liters per day which I think is 12-16 cups

But I also drink 1-2 diet cokes per day too and a cup or two of Green tea.0

I love diet green teamy hubby works at palace called Ziglers and they make amazing green tea!
