What else should I be doing?

Hey so I'm trying to get some ideas what other exercies to do. Currently I am going to the gym mon tuse thurs and fri and do an hour or so on the elliptical and every other day I do strength training. I also try to get on the rower but there is only two at my gym and the line is crazy. I'm gonna start some circuit training tomorrow and see how that works. Also gonna do some hiit. I like walking but doesn't seem as much of a challenge to me anymore. I also use the amt and the elliptical bike. Any ideas would be nice! What is your favorite machine at the gym and how long do you stay on it? Free weights at home? I only have some light ones soi try and use them when I can at the gym I'm so nervous about using free weights so I try and stick to the weigh machines

    I have a Droid phone and I downloaded an app called Workout Trainer by skimble. I haven't used it yet, but I haven't erupted out in a while and feel a little lost. I don't have anyone to workout with and I know an app may not be the best, but it is at Larry giving me some direction.

    Time to graduate to the free weights.

    Consider a program like New Rules of Lifting for Women, Stronglifts 5x5, or Starting Strength.
