  • I'm doing pretty well with my eating and working out. A little low on energy. Scale is moving slow but still moving is good I guess. I had a great feeling going thru my closet and getting rid of some clothes that are too big now!

  • There's a hike where I live that I walk and jog but the initial hill is steep and I'd love to be able to jog up that part! I also have a pair of paints that would be awesome to fit into this winter!

  • Hated them until about 2 years ago when my mom introduced me to lightly roasted ones in a salad at Cheesecake factory. Delicious! I'm hooked. Yellow ones don't stain and are even sweeter.
  • I started out planning to do consecutive days but found that my muscles got so fatigued by like day 4 and weren't recovering.( I was using 5 lb weights -that's what I have) I'm going to mix it in with other workouts and alternate back and forth from level 1 and 2, so I work different muscles.

  • I'm having almost the exact same problem. Same starting weight, lost 6 lbs. stayed same for 1 1/2 weeks. Goal weight 130 and I'm 5'3. I'm anxious to hear any help from others. I'm working out 6 days and some days twice.
