Last week 136.2 This week 136.4 I'm calling it a win this week. Bad eating - less exercise and scale was up almost 2 lbs at one point this week. Hard with family here and treats coming in the door. @istarith - great points!!

Struggling this week. Trying to not let it get me down. My scale is creeping up and food intake has been up higher. And haven't worked out for the 2nd day. Feel like I'm getting sick.

Last week 138.5 Mid week 137.5 Today 139 Not too worried. I basically had 4 days of food that I've been avoiding - Whip Cream and pie, chips and dips etc. My ankle is good now and just started back with cardio. Watch out scale!!

HW 165 SW 145 ( for challenge) 140.5 weigh in before vacation Today's weight 138.5 I'm happy -with my injured ankle I haven't been able to do any good cardio- very frustrated. I wasn't expecting anything good on the scale this week. I just hope it's not cuz I'm losing muscle.
