Advice? I'm on vacation with my hubby until Mon. Yesterday I decided I was just going to try and eat fairly well but still have fun and not log. I'm a sucker the week before. Everyone around me knows what's coming as I grab and stuff handfuls of chocolate chips, mopicrowave smores, or whatever I can get my hands on in my mouth! My only saving grace right now on my eating/ calorie intake is that I'm premenopausal so it's only happening every few months!

I'm 46, 5'3.5 and my weight this morning is 140.5. My highest was 167 and my goal is 130 and then re-evaluate. I'm eating 1200. I'm trying to eat clean most of the time. Would love some new friends to support one another and share ideas.

2 minute walk sit 30 push ups 80 jumping jacks 80 burpees 20 crunches I think I can do this with the exception of the burpees. I've never done them. : o @istarith - I literally laughed out loud at your responses. Love your sense of humor!!

Monday and Tuesday were good with exercise and eating. Wed started good but didn't end well with some bad eating and going way over my calorie limit. Doing pretty well today. Trying not to let those bad moments that happen derail my focus/ progress and just keep on going.

My diary is open. I look on pinterest for new ideas. I am trying to eat clean ( vary my foods/ nutrients) most of the time. And depending on my workouts sometimes go over the 1200 but I try to stay at or under most of the time. Good luck.
