I wouldn't worry about it as long as you are keeping calories under control and feeling well. It would be difficult to eat too much of anything when calories are restricted. :) Congrats on the little one.

Good luck. I saw a new doctor recently, and he said, just stay under 1600 calories per day for three months, and come back then. Gradual, steady weight loss is the most sustainable. Take it from me. My last crash diet, I took off over 35 pounds in no time flat. Fast forward to today, when I weigh almost 80 pounds more!!! Time is our friend when it comes to making changes. :) Keep moving in the right direction. You can!

Curves. I gained about 15 pounds on their program going five days a week for over six months! After doing their 6-week diet and gaining another three pounds, I quit altogether. That place was expensive!
