I kept within my calorie goal,Went for a long walk before dinner and am still jugging water like its going out of style. I only weigh once a week every Friday but needed to check and its a loss of 3 pds :) Would of lost 4pds but seeing as I was .2 away from 213 but I am pleased with this loss.

I zig zag my calories but not on purpose is just depends on if the meal I am having that day has more calories but It seems to be working for me because I am losing each week :)

One down side about losing weight is you get colder faster because your losing all your insulation... JK I get the chills to really bad and use a heat blanket to warm me up. I think its all about sweating and your body cooling down.

Heart rate monitor here and it tracks my speed,distance as far as miles and calories burned I only turn it on during my walks so I can track how I am doing
