My fit bit says my average is 12,000 steps per day and I work full time so 9 8 hr shifts in a two week period. I take one rest day but even on that day I am at least walking for 30 mins at a slow pace just to get outside

I walk and each and every day outside and its all I have done :) I have tried jogging but it is not my cup of tea so walking it is. I walk but not fast usually 2.5-3.0mph I walk for 4.5 hrs a day and have dropped from size 24 to a loose size 16 almost in a 14 :) All my weight I have lost is from MFP and walking. My legs and thighs have went down in size alot and are getting toned more and more as I walk more,I wear a weighted vest now for a bigger burn.

7 days a week. Strength training M-F,Walking 5 hrs a day M-F, Sat and Sundays I usually do the ellptical for 30 mins and walk for about an hr as those are my rest days.

I eat and early dinner by 6pm and workout on the elliptical before bed I also drink my last glass of water around 7pm I know its odd but It works for me :) I weigh in early am right after I get up in the morning

I would of said the only way I could possibly do it like you is if I had a stick shoved up my butt and then continued on with your workout because nothing should ruin your day like a rude person

My sisters brownies or cupcakes are my weakness until I punch in the calorie count then Its not even worth the burn I will need to take that off my hips LOL

I enter my exercise in the am because it hold me accountable and If I do not do the exercise I feel guilty so its helped keep me motivated.
