it only annoys me to the point where there is foundation and stuff ON the machines... i don't care if you wear make up at the gym but PLEASE clean it off the machines when you're done. Ta :) x

I've done it twice, first time i lost 25lbs but suffered an accident at work, so i'm back on it now i'm better, in the last 2 months i've lost 15lbs and i do recommend that you eat your BMR calories on the other 5 days... try 'The Fast Diet' book it really helped me understand. Good luck :) x

i love getting tattoos... there really isn't much pain but then again it varies by person so i wouldn't take what anyone here says cause it all depends on the day. It'll hurt more if you're tired so get plenty of sleep before :)
