I'm currently on the TDEE method and loving it, I never feel hungry and I've been losing 1lb a week, which is nice and steady. I'd give it a go :)

4 days a week, 15 minute treadmill run to warm up. Free weights and some weight machines :) Weight lift for around 20-30 mins.

And it makes you feel awesome too :) Love the endorphins after lifting.

Be consistent. Log everything you eat, even if you know it's been a bad day. Keeps you accountable. Stick to your macros.

I like realistic deadlines, like lose 2 kilos a month/4 pound or finish a 5k etc.

I try to add everything but if I use some olive oil spray and herbs I just quick add as around 30-50 calories to account for it. I can't be bothered with every single little morsel :P

It does work. I've lost 50lbs calorie counting soo....it could be a medical condition, go have a checkup with your doctor. If your being honest with your eating and there are NO changes I would be concerned.

You can blend old fashioned oats to use instead of flour, to make oat flour! Might be a bit healthier than the plain white flour.

I usually comment if the food sounds healthy/delicious and within calories/macros. I admit I mainly look at diaries to steal meal ideas.....I'm bad.

I just eat the avocado even when it's gone brown (like a day or two sliced in the fridge), tastes fine to me. Wonder if it's bad for you....

Eating breakfast, I always used to skip it but now that I have protein smoothies for breakfast it helps my energy levels a lot. I guess that would tie into now eating fruit, I used to loathe it but now I have it every day.

I used to hate greek yogurt but it's nice with sweetener or blended with frozen berries.

This. Since I started exercising I am no longer on medication and haven't felt so positive in years, my doctor says I should take them (bipolar) but I really don't need them. If i feel like I'm coming down hard I just work out heaps and it helps. It's nuts, wish I'd done it years ago... edit; i am no way endorsing coming…
