What I don't understand is why people get so frustrated over others eating decisions, it's OK to discuss it but insulting is just childish. From both sides. Literally, who gives a hoot.

Get professional help, reach out to others in recovery of eating disorders and support each other, seek family + friends to express your feelings too; it's important to vent.

He has to want to change for himself, like people whom quit smoking etc. You can try to encourage him down a path but if he doesn't want to change, move on for both of your sake's.

Breakfast: white bread with vegemite and butter Snacks: chocolate, crisps, biscuits with cheese Lunch: Hot chips, veggie patties in white bread, pot noodles. Dinners: More hot chips, cola, gravy, white pasta. :noway:

I've never had american bacon but it looks really fatty. Short cut bacon with the fat cut off is superior, In saying that, I haven't had bacon in about 9 years I think due to me no eat animals now. I do enjoy facon though.

Yes, I have a smoothie with it for breakfast every day. 300 calories to fill me for hours, it's good I tells ya!

Yes, just make sure it fits your calorie and macro goal for the day. What kind of foods are you craving in particular? There may be some lower cal healthier versions that still satisfy your sweet tooth. There's lots of great recipes on here!

My recipe for high protein smoothie. 1 cup almond milk or full fat or whatever the heck you want Handful spinach 60g frozen blueberries Half a banana 1 scoop vanilla WPC 100g greek yogurt, Put in blender. Blend and drink. Should be around 300 cals depending on what milk/yogurt you choose. 40g protein.

I thought they were disgusting due to the texture and squeak, but my friend recently tried the Slim Noodle brand and really liked it, so I guess you'll just have to try and see for yourself.
