    I too am 6 feet tall. I currently weigh just under your start weight (217.5 down from 318) and I have to say that you look better starting out than I do now! Congrats to you and personally I don't think you need to lose any more, you look great.

    I completely agree. I am slightly shorter than you (70") and weigh about 146 which I'm happy at. Don't get any thinner! YOu look great. :)
