i gave all my bigger clothes to my step daughter ( who is getting to small for them YAY!) and replaced them with second hand thrift store clothes or clothes from my friends that are either my size or a bit smaller than me and have clothes that are too big!

since you are likely eating more to supply the breast milk with nutrience you will likely have to lower how much you are eating OR work out more to burn the calories .... try lowering a bit maybe 250 and working out a bit more an extra 250 a day .... it would balance out this way!

Had a BIG MAC FRIDAY and i dont regret it. sometimes i need to endulge my cravings or the detour from my healthy lifestyle will be alot worse and last alot longer! .... go have some mcdonalds and be sure to log it in .... no worries there!

I HATE WATER TOO! .... so i use crystal light but i use half the amount they tell you to use and i try to get a half bottle of water in between a bottle of crystal light!

try looking in your area for a community garden where u can rent a plot.... weigh in the cost of it all and see if its worthy of the committment

meant to say yes i log the dicimal i tend to weigh many times in week and i log my loses ... i dont log gains unless they stay for a 2 week period or im away from eating healthy and exercising reqularly ..... most often a gain tends to leave after a day or two for me

I was a baker at TIM HORTONS trying to lose .... OMG it was SOO hard some days to not eat all the donuts ESPECIALLY when i had to throw out the 'dead' product ... id make a stock pile of what i was going to eat ..... thankfully after i finished all my work and got around to indulging more often then not i didnt want them…

im def up for it started again today and like most of the others i havent made it past level one .... also doing the hip hop abs for fun with the kids as they enjoy the dancing part!

if i work it in can i enjoy a few shots of rum or is that considered cheating? as long as its not cheating as i drink it with diet coke than i would be in otherwise ill have to wait until sunday .... otherwise im eating healthy anyways when i can eat. but i NEED this night out with the girls.
