I'm confused myself......thinking about incorporating more red wine into my diet actually. But all in all, if your counting calories, just don't go over.......

I personally hate anything under 1250. Been there, done that. Eat and exercise, simple. You have to be committed and in it to win it. Slow and steady if necessary.
-
I say, be happy with what you’re happy with. And, a size 0 is small, one would think your waist would be smaller than a 30.5......however, everyone is different and structured different. Congrats on your achievements thus far hunni...

Curvy is curvy. I can post millions of pictures of my def of curvy from woman from 110-310, lol. Yes, she looks thin and curvy to me. Not "thick" though and not very curvy, as in huge butt and hips, but def curvy. I've seen her way more thicker tough.
-
You said:They're not slim stick thin. They're not overweight or obese. They're fit but are not RIPPED either. It possibly have something to do with the bone structure/genetics but they look HOT to me (and so do other body shapes/types who are fit). To me, that's "Thick"..............................lol, either way, I like…
-
Awww.

Okay, I can respect and agree with some aspects of your answer- epespically #2. However, to me, what you just described was "thick". Which is "curvy", however, "curvy" truly doesn't have a "body mass", curvy, to me, means a shapely bottom, hips that protrude, maybe thicker thighs, more than likely a considerable back…
-
Actually, reintroducing the prime factor- it boils down to opinion and perception.
-
That's too cute and great! You go girl!!
-
Oh ok, everyone is different, she looks soft to me rather than "mushy" some people like that soft look...... I think there are sexy/ attractive aspects to every body type, to somebody :]
-
@twistedfun, what is mushy curvy? I personally think Kim has a desirable body, fake/altered or not. I would take it, if it was given to me, not a first choice, but it's nice.
-
Both are curvy, good comparison to add to the mix though. It's clear everyone has there on definition on what curvy is, and what it should look like. Personally I prefer a thicker curve for myself. If that's makes sense.
-
This is interesting.
-
Alright now Rishina! Go girl! And thanks for everyone who took time out to post, everyone looks great!
-
The body is an instrument unlike no other!
-
Fabulous!
-
Great job hunni, very happy for you.
-
Great, feel free to add me. Life long logger here with yeah.
-
Actually, there is a such thing as small, medium and large body frames, it's based on your wrist size. And we all have different bones sizes/more so structures, but more importantly, different muscle, fat and elasticity within our skin. This is my opinion.
-
Thanks. I actually never had toku....may try it though.
-
Not sure if this has been said yet, but when people post success stories with no pictures, especially when it's a NSV. Lol, it just does something to me :D I feel like you should share that kind of stuff on your news feed only, lol

Phenomenal! Keep up the good work!!
