Calling all Ex- Buffalo Hump's
Does anyone have any pictures and/or success stories of a [disappearing] "buffalo hump" after weight loss? How much weight loss before you noticed a reduction or disappearance? Did you do anything specific to contribute to the loss of the buffalo hump?

Help with lifting...
So I really don’t know anything about lifting. What “lifts” can I do with 20 and 30 pound dumbbells? The 20’s are loose (2 ten pound), and I have 15 on each side of a rack (equaling 30). Again, I don’t know anything about lifting so I’m sure the terminology I’m using it totally wrong. I’m pretty much just trying to target…

Not convinced (Give me proof)-Women & Weights

I see alot of women on here lifting, but it always seems that their already at the goal weight or within 10-15lbs. I never see any…

Ladies <TOM>
When TOM effects the scale, how long do you carry the extra weight? This was the first month I actually monitored my weight during TOM. It started last Monday and on that Monday I also increased my calories, from 1350 to 1524/1500. During the 5 day period I gained about 2.5 the first day, maybe. But after that the scale…

Just wondering...
How many calories do you eat or did you eat to produce weight loss? Today is my 2-Month anniversary and I have decided to increase my calories by a little over hundred. I used a calorie deficit calculator with a 1000 calorie deficit and took 300 more calories from the recommended amount. During half of the month I'm going…

Size 12= about 40 inches of fabric
I have something to say. A thread from yesterday, "Size 12=fat", really has me feeling a certain kind of way- so, I need all of you to help me prove a point. See, many people argued whether size 12 was consider fat or not. Some people said yes, some said no. Which is even the more reason why there is no "right" answer to…

Last Question...
For all the technical folks, help me out- Despite the weight goal that I have came up with: 168lbs and based on my ideal measurements: 36-28-45 and my height of 5'5 1/2, I have estimated that I would in fact need to get to about 182lbs, instead of 168lbs. I know this may sound like alot, but I'm looking for a Curvy Full-…

Hello All, My name is Angel and I’ll be the first to say this is about my 50th diet attempt within about 4 years (LOL).
