female “non bulk” weight lifters

Hey all,

I would really like to see some pictures of female “non bulk” weight lifters. No offense to anyone please, I’m personally just not pursuing that particular look.

*Just started doing a little lifting today.
Thanks!

Unless you're takng steroids, that look is likely to evade you anyway. Most of the women who lift heavy on this site aren't bulky...

    Heavy weight ≠ bulky

Testosterone supplements or steroids = bulky

    Those are my examples.

Whatever "that look" is, there's absolutely no chance you'll get it.

Resistance training, while losing fat, will give you "the look" you're looking for (pun intended).

i'm currently in a cut phase.. I did bulk from oct- dec but I don't think I look "bulky" with a negative association.. as wont most women who lift weights..

P.S. I also lift heavy.. actually tension causes muscle growth.. often female powerlifters have smaller muscles than bodybuilders because their focus is more on strength gains than aesthetics.

    Honestly, just start lifting.
If you think you are getting too bulky, then stop. Trust me, that muscle will disappear quickly after you become a couch potato or just do cardio.

It really depends on what is meant by "bulky". I've seen many women on this site that are what I consider too "bulky".
